What You’ll Experience at This Event…
We are co-creating an annual event that will essentially serve as our “industry conference” for the men’s personal growth and development space. Here is what we’ll be doing over the 3 days of this summit:
- Having open discussions and conversations on the current state and future of men’s work, and the challenges and opportunities for us as practitioners and researchers.Â
- Engaging with each other through keynote talks, panel discussions, masterminding sessions, and experiential activities led by experts and people from the Big Tent community.
- Connecting and collaborating with each other during the event and after (structured & unstructured time). We hope that dynamic new collaborations will emerge from this gathering. Â
- Co-creating the Summit experience real-time together…using feedback in the room that can be applied to future sessions.

If you’re someone who is doing personal development and growth work with men and/or boys, and who wants to support the evolution of men’s work and collaborate with others in the field… then this event is definitely for you. We anticipate having folks who are:

We feel it’s important to have a level of vetting for this conference to maintain the quality of the experience. Therefore, we have intentionally made this an invite-only or by referral event so that we can maintain a high-quality experience in the room.
