As a Big Tent Collective member and/or a past Summit attendee...you know what makes the Big Tent different: real relationships, real collaboration, real work...

...and a movement that’s serious about helping men and boys heal, grow, and thrive.

This Ambassador Program is our way of inviting you to help shape who’s in the room next while directly funding access for people with limited financial means.

Here's the Simple Idea

You refer aligned leaders to the Big Tent Summit using your unique link, and we will put 10% of their ticket price, into our Big Tent Summit Scholarship Fund. Your invitation becomes a “pay-it-forward” act that expands the circle with integrity. OR you can receive your commission directly for your own use.

Why Become an Ambassador?

Because who attends the summit and joins our community matters.

The Summit is a powerful container. And it gets even more potent when the room is filled with practitioners, facilitators, coaches, educators, therapists, community leaders, and change-makers who are actively engaged in men’s work.

As an Ambassador, you’re not “selling tickets.” You’re helping curate a community of people who will contribute, collaborate, and carry this work forward, and you’re helping remove financial barriers for those who belong in the room but can’t afford to attend.

A Request: Be Discerning

We’re asking our Ambassadors to invite with care. We have never publically advertised The Big Tent. Every member has been hand-picked and vetted.

So please invite people who are actively working in the men’s work / healthy masculinity space and are genuinely passionate about it — people who are ready to engage, connect, and contribute.

We’re not searching for “looky-loos” or folks who are simply curious and casually exploring from the sidelines. The Big Tent is a living ecosystem, and we want participants who are in the work, not just watching it.

If you’re unsure whether someone is a fit, trust your gut. A smaller number of aligned invites is better than a big blast to everyone.

How It Works...Logistics

• 10% of each ticket sale that comes through your invitation will go directly into our Summit Scholarship Program.

• You’ll receive a unique Ambassador link that takes people straight to the Summit info + registration page.

• We’ll provide sample email + text copy you can use (and personalize) for outreach.

• We’ll be honoring all Ambassadors at the Summit for the impact you helped create.

• Simply register as an Ambassador (link below), and then grab your affiliate link from the Ambassador dashboard.
