The Big Tent Collective™ is a private, curated community of leaders and practitioners in the men's work space who are committed to the healing, growth and thriving of boys and men.

If you’re tired of doing this work in isolation and crave a circle of peers who “get it,” the Collective gives you a year-round place to plug in, exchange ideas, and build collaborations that truly move the needle.

Men’s work has never been more important—and the people doing it need support too!

Men and boys are facing loneliness, polarization, burnout, identity questions, and relationship breakdown. Meanwhile, those of us serving them are running groups and programs, growing organizations, and trying to stay resourced ourselves, often doing it alone.

There’s never really been a true "industry home" for those of us who are passionate about this work until now...

The first Big Tent Summit™ proved that there is a hunger for that kind of ongoing connection, collaboration and support.

The Collective is how we keep that momentum going all year long. It’s the place we can keep returning to share ideas, test strategies, celebrate wins, and refine the course of positive masculinity together.

In the Big Tent Collective™ you’ll immediately feel less alone, more supported, and more strategic in your work.

Some of the things you'll experience are:

  • Continuing the momentum from the Big Tent Summit
Keep the conversations, insights, and relationships alive and growing between in-person gatherings. Or if you haven’t yet attended the live event, you’ll walk into that room already having a group of colleagues you already know!
  • Deeper, more connected peer relationships
Build real friendships and trusted alliances with other leaders walking a similar path.
  • Strategic thinking about the future of men’s work
Explore together how to grow the reach and impact of healthy masculinity work across sectors, communities, and generations.
  • Shared resources, ideas, and opportunities
Trade what you’ve learned, what you’ve created, and what you’re launching — and tap into the wisdom of the group.
  • Collaboration and joint ventures
Use the Collective as a breeding ground for co-led programs, shared content, referrals, partnerships, and experiments.
  • Respected feedback on your challenges
Bring your sticky questions — program design, marketing, facilitation issues, team dynamics — and get thoughtful, experienced input.
  • Member spotlights and visibility
Step into the spotlight with dedicated opportunities to share your work, your story, and your offers with the community.
